About the Event

Join us for an all-new family fun experience - a digital scavenger hunt. Grab your phone or tablet and join us as we use an app to solve riddles and challenges at home and around town! Students on the winning team will win a pizza party!!! 

The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, January 17th.

How does it work?

There will be 3 teams competing (Red, Blue, and Black) and each team is made up of LaVilla families. After registration closes, your family will be randomly assigned to one of these teams.  

On Thursday, January 18th, you will receive an email with instructions for downloading the game app on your Android/iOS device and joining your assigned team.  Only 1 person from your family needs to have the app. 

Your family will complete missions from a list to earn points for your team. Mission types include photos, videos, checking in at specific locations, or answering questions and riddles.


Do we need a car to play?

While some missions encourage your family to explore the city for landmarks, several missions can be done from the comfort of your home! Transportation is not required to play. 

Will my family have to meet up with other families on our team to play?

You are welcome to but this isn't required. All teammates will have access to the game from their phones and can play together from anywhere in the city!

How long is the game? 

The game will run for 2 hours; 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. 

Is there an age requirement to play?

Children and adults of any age can join in on the fun!

Is there a minimum or maximum number of people from our household required to play? 

No, anyone can join. You can even play solo if you like.
